Fact Placeholder Tracker

The Fact Placeholder Tracker finds the notes you leave yourself in a draft: TK and TKTK, a run of XX where a figure goes, and bracketed markers like [VERIFY], [SOURCE], [STAT], [QUOTE] and [FACT CHECK]. It puts them all in one list.
Each marker shows its type, its urgency and where it sits. Resolve one with a note, undo it, or dismiss a false positive. Scan one piece or a whole folder, with each marker tagged to its piece. Copy the open ones as a plain checklist.
