Track changes
Mark every edit, then accept or reject each change.
Turn on Track my changes and every edit is marked instead of applied. Additions are underlined, deletions are struck through, and a revision panel lists every change to accept or reject.
Review: accept or reject one change at a time, or all at once. Your draft stays as it was until you accept. Move between changes with the arrow keys, press A to accept and R to reject. Collaborators: edits from collaborators can arrive as tracked suggestions for you to accept or decline. Word export: pending changes export as Word tracked changes, ready to review in Word.
