Getting started
The mobile app
Write on your phone with the full editor, your worlds, and everything you started on the desktop.
Inkbreaker runs on iPhone and Android, with the same editor you use everywhere else. Start a chapter at your desk, finish it on the train, and both stay in step.
What you can do
- Write in the full editor. Formatting, inline comments, and your writing tools are all here, not a stripped-down version.
- Carry your worlds. Your characters, places, timelines, and world bible travel with you.
- Keep up with your writers. Chapters, the community feed, messages, and exercises are all in the app.
- Focus with solo mode. The same quiet workspace, with your todos, quick capture, and session goals. See Solo mode.
It works offline
Lose your signal and the app keeps going. Your drafts and worlds are cached on your device and sync back when you reconnect. See Writing offline.
Staying in sync
Everything you write on your phone shows up on the web and the desktop app, and the other way around. There is nothing to export or copy between devices.
